Visited this store at 9:48 this am. Found what I was looking for after much searching. I said hello to the cashier. Didn't acknowledge that I spoke to her. Told her that I was so happy to have found what I was looking for, as Petsmart was out. Again totally ignored me. The only time Mildred ( name on receipt) , spoke to me was to tell me the balance owed. Since I was as still standing there, she asked me if I wanted a bag. Since I had 3 items. Very unpleasant experience. Gave 2 stars only because I found what I needed.

I placed an order over 15 days ago and am still waiting for delivery. I have been tracking the order through the McKinney store, but every update comes with a new story and an inaccurate delivery date. The status information has been consistently misleading. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. I spent nearly 45 minutes on hold just trying to cancel my order. The frustrating part is that although I placed the order in the store, the store was unable to cancel it and directed me elsewhere. That process makes no sense. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about delivery timelines, and the salesperson assured me it would arrive on time or be delayed by only a couple of days. That promise was far from reality. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience with poor communication, poor customer service, and unreliable delivery information. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. If a zero-star rating were available, that is what I would give.

My wife and I love to travel and see other stores in different cities. We love our local Tractor Supply. This location has some different products. However Amanda the cashier, was not only incompetent but had a bad attitude and gave a negative racist attitude towards my wife and I. I didn’t even go to the extent of reporting it to her manager because I believe that it would not matter in this store.

Always fun to go here and browse the seasonal stuff, but they also tend to have auto/vehicle stuff or farm stuff I need, without having to go into town and deal with 380 traffic. A but more expensive.... EXCEPT for propane refills! It's crazy cheaper to refill vs the Walmart swap thing. You get more for less, your tank is filled fuller. They took care of lots of folks during the recent ice storms, filling as much as they could till the supply ran out.

I'm sure y'all got it together with tractors and big tows but must work on accuracy - When I call ahead before driving an hour to conform my 10.9 bolts needed to fix my rig were in stock, then arrive to find all hardware drawers are empty...?!? There's a serious problem there Note - I lowered the star from 2 to a 1 because of the absolutely ridiculous lack of caring about my experience. All info is above, including photos, yet received a nearly automated reply saying 'we saw your post, call us' (which BTW is the same reply every other negative reply has received) was given. Management couldn't care less about my wasted 2+hours today, which happens to be my wife's birthday. Now I can not transport her gift because my rig is still broken, because their shelves, which I was told by Mike was a very good selection of bolts, was absolutely empty!!!
